Busy with school, school work, and theater this time of year. These new Cortef pills don't seem to be working all that well at keeping me awake, and I've been taking them for 2 weeks now. I kind of forgot what I was going to write about.
But since, I've been to Arizona and California almost 2 months ago now. Went on 3 college visits to Vermilion CC, Northland College, and UW Steven's Point. I'm really hoping to get into Steven's Point but I think I might be too late with my application that all the spots might already be filled. :/
I was accepted to Vermilion because it's a community college so they don't care much on what you did in high school. I should be hearing from Northland relatively soon now.
I'm just really hoping I'll be well enough to go to school (and hopefully have it be UW-SP) and do well in school because they have a really amazing Natural Resources program, it's close to home, and it costs less than a private school, and gahhh, I just really hope I can get in because I really don't want to stay here.
So just a quick mentioning, the play this year is Excalibur, a kids play, basically it's the Sword in the Stone. I haven't even seen them rehearse yet that's great. The play is in less than 2 weeks. But this is how it usually is. Today was fun. Cho didn't have anything for us to do so we were fighting over the wooden sword that some kid brought us. It was epic. OH and whiel Adrianne and I were at Goodwill we found this wizard Merlin looking guy it the toy bin and I had to buy him because the play is Excalibur! So now he resides in my car on the passenger seat.

Bloody Hot!
First off, a dogless night is an unhappy night. My parents took the dogs to my aunt and uncle's place the night before going to the airport. I nearly cried when I got home not having 1-3 dogs greeting me at the door.
So we flew in yesterday and finally got Internet to work today. So all's well. I can avoid family and still enjoy the Internet. I wish it were nicer outside because you can hear everything while inside the house.
And it's really hot out. So going outside isn't very enjoyable but it's better than inside.

Dogs, dogs, dogs.
We've been getting a lot of deliveries lately--Such as FedEx, UPS, mail, etc.
But for some reason the dog's only bark at FedEx. Maybe because they have a dog on their logo? The world may never know.
Yesterday, Odie had a pretty unusual seizure. She did her normal retching and shaking, and when she was done and stopped wobbling, I put her down on the carpet. When I put her down, she just sunk to the ground and couldn't stand up. So I tried helping her stand by holding her chest with my right hand and putting the other hand under her belly. After I tried that she started going back into the seizure but was still trying to go somewhere. She kept looking around her all the way to the left and right sides of her. I don't know what she was trying to do. I figured she was determined to get to her crate (for Chow Time) or to the back door to go outside. So, I picked her up and carried her down the stairs. Put her down; she peed right away. Then she ran right back up the stairs like her normal self. Okay, I guess she's fine now.
Last month Odie had 3 of her shaking seizures. I don't know if it was just a bad month or if they're becoming more frequent. =/ Hopefully she'll hold out and won't have another one until we come back from Arizona around the middle of the month.
First day of school tomorrow. I only have one class that's actually at school, so it doesn't really matter.
I'll also post pictures of my garden soon. I planned on doing it the day we made it and put it all together, or when we ate the first tomatoes but, oh well.

On a Different Note,
Odie wanted some attention so I thought I would make a blog post on Odie's favorite toy.
You can see the interest already.
And another favorite pastime of the pups. GRASS EATING, among other things to eat in the yard lately but we wont get into that. But it involves those darn rabbits. (shakes fist)
Lately Things Seem To Come In Twos
Lately things have been coming it twos. Took our two dogs for a good long walk at Bender Park for the first time. More on that later. Walked my aunt and uncle's two German shepherds at a local park also. Took care of our neighbors two cats while they're out of town. Two sets of dogs that came in twos, two parks in one day, and two needy cats.
The walk in Bender was really nice. It was still dry and cool right near the beach. The paths were nicely done also. Because I had the dogs we weren't supposed to go down to the beach so we stuck to the upper hill. The prairie looked like it was nearing the last of it's summer green-ness.
We ended up at a dead end at the big noisy power-plant like I expected. I like looking at the blocked off roads that cut through to the lake. These roads were blocked off about a quarter mile from the lake to keep people from driving off the cliff into the lake. Or so I would think. They've been barricaded for a good 10+ years I would assume. I forgot to take pictures of them, they're cooler if you're actually there, although it may not sound that exciting. Some people think that Fitzsimmons road is haunted and makes people have suicidal tendencies such as jumping off the cliff. But we just like it for walking. =]
Here is the result when we reached the end of the path. We took a water break, and even though they didn't really want to drink any I just dumped it on them to cool them off. Elsie wanted to sport a nice bandanna on our outing.
So to conclude our new walking experience, it was very nicely made, no garbage/litter, no people/cars around on top, and there were even dog waste baskets!

Adopt a kid for 60 cents a day
Playing with a new layout. I don't like having the generic templates from blogger. :/
I declare from now on that Mondays are now "Sockless Monday". For what reason you ask? None. For the reason that I didn't want to go upstairs to put socks on to leave.
It's Shark Week. Exciting. I hope they have some new shows. They've been starting to repeat stuff from previous years. If not I'll stick to watching Comedy Central Presents and the amazing Kathy G later tonight.
Today my neck and shoulder are sore and my lymph-node feels tender on the right side under my chin. I'm wondering if it was how I slept last night, or if something weird is happening.

Bedazzled with Rhinestones
Just mentioning that I'm feeling better-minus yesterday with weird stomach pains. Except I still have massive clumps of snot encased in my nose that has to be cleaned out 3 times a day.
In other news I need a bigger hard drive. Downloading Doctor Who in it's entirety takes up half of the drive along with all the TV and movies I still have waiting to be watched. And there are things I still want to download!
State Fair opens Thursday and I will most likely be going a few times if I can!
Finally watched the new version of Hairspray and thought it was really well done. Amanda Bynes was a little weird for the part though.
Title is from 17 Again which I'm currently watching. (That isn't so great)

Pete and Repeat
There seems to be a repeat of last year! (It also happens to be that I posted about it too.) Our neighbors cut down the tree behind their garage. I'm not very happy because now there are NO (large) trees to shade houses or yards during these hot months we're getting into. :( I also feel bad after cutting down 3 large old trees and then not putting something in their place. It's not like there aren't trees but they are all at the edge of the property's and don't give much shade because of their location. I think my elevated garden might suffer now with more southern exposure during the day without the tree to shade it in the afternoon. Which reminds me that I need to check my garden to make sure the people taking down the tree didn't damage any plants (or the land they drove over). At least they were fast taking it down and did it during the afternoon instead in the wee hours of the morning like last year with the two whoppers between the houses.
Listening to audiobooks while doing work on the computer makes me feel like a great multitask-er and very productive when not working on virtual school.
Liver pain sucks and screws with my whole body. Hopefully it will just keep getting better until I recover.

I love the... Everywhere that's almost as good as here.
Here in the US we're so used to these crappy reality TV shows. I really wish they would play more British shows in the US. For instance talk shows are great shows. You get to know people for who they are without scripts, or prerecordings that are totally butchered to keep it 'clean', or doing retakes of shots because it wasn't just right.
I just don't get reality tv. My favorite people to watch on tv are comedians and drama shows (usually ones that have funny people in them).
This is also why I have to say that Doctor Who is one of the single most greatest ideas for a funny, witty, dramatic, fictional story. A timelord is the best character you can have. They can never get old or uninteresting. They can travel anywhere in space or time. Which means endless possibilities of stories for script writers. Most series start dieing because they're trying too long to keep it going and keeping it fresh and new to viewers.
Well that was my rant about TV. I have these songs stuck in my head and I can't find out the names or the artists and it's driving me nuts. I need to go to bed because I'm starting this English learning program tomorrow to learn me up on some grammars I never learned and was supposed to sometime in my school career.
That's all and welcome back to myself for finally blogging again.
I found a neat app for my itouch so I can just write posts directly to the blog when I'm reading before bed (reading off the itouch that is).

Oh deer!
After all this photo taking today and yesterday there was a trio of does munching on crab apples in the backyard. What an awesome photo opportunity! I ran and grabbed the camera got it on and ready. Our back door makes a LOT of noise when trying to open it so I tried going out slowly. I was able to go out and my dad was holding the door open so it wouldn't creak loudly shut. But someone thought the open door was a better opportunity! Odie snuck out the open door as we started calling her back the deer started moving away. That's when she noticed them and started chasing after them!! She's a big tough little lap dog! So I got totally distracted from trying to photograph the deer that I should of took a picture of Odie chasing them! The neighbors witnessed the chase and laughed at her.
So, no pictures :(
But I thought it would be more interesting then some dark blurry deer butt photos.
